If I can manage to get the time together I plan on reviewing most of the episodes of Yu Yu Hakusho's english version by FUNimation. Thanks to Justin Cook and FUNimation for making this possible much sooner than I had hoped.

My reviews are a little different than normal reviews. You all already know I love the show so obviously I'm not going to rag on it. Instead I have opted to do a comparison on the Japanese version versus the American Dub version. Not only will this make my opinions on the American dub obvious, I think it will provide a little insight not only for readers of the review, but also for myself to discover why certian things are edited. I try and walk through what made the dialouges different and why the translators and editors chose to change certian things.

I also like to explain cultural differences and hope that those who read this find out a little bit more about Japanese culture because of it. There is nothing in this world that causes more pain and suffering than ignorance and intolerance. The more we know the better we are as a person.
