Koumori Tsukai / The Bat Tamer

Appears in the episode where Genkai is trying to find an apprentice to pass down her Rei Handou. He is very quick but no challenge to Yuusuke after his fight w/ Hiei. He dosn't really attack or anything. Quite disappointing but it was amusing to watch Yuusuke take out some of his anger on him.
